1. Ordering Process and Delivery:

   • You can order either a digital or a physical portrait with a frame.

   • For digital portraits, the final illustration will be delivered via email or google drive link.

   • Physical portraits will be delivered within 7-8 business days, depending on the location.

2. Cancellation Policy:

   • Both digital and physical orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placing the order.

   • Once a physical product is delivered, cancellations are not possible.

3. Quality of Reference Photos:

   • Please provide high-quality reference photos suitable for detailing.

   • The final portrait illustration will be based on the provided reference photos, and changes to the subject's expression cannot be made.

4. Changes to Portrait Illustration:

   • Once you've provided reference photos, changes to the image are not allowed after receiving the final portrait illustration.

5. Limitation of Liability:

   • We are not responsible for any damages or losses arising from the use of our custom portrait illustration services.

6. Intellectual Property Rights:

   • The custom portrait illustration is original and owned by us.

   • You are granted a limited license for personal use only.

   • Commercial use or reproduction without our prior written consent is prohibited.
