Refund and Return Policy for Custom Portrait Illustrations – Digital and Physical Products

Digital Product: If you're dissatisfied with your digital custom portrait illustration, contact us within 6 hour of placing the order to initiate a return or refund. You will receive a rough portrait for your review before the final product is delivered. The final digital illustration will only be sent once you are satisfied and happy with the rough version. Once the final digital product is delivered, it cannot be refunded or returned.
Physical Product with Frame: Once a physical custom portrait illustration is delivered, cancellations or returns are not possible due to the personalized nature of the product.
Exceptions: We do not offer refunds or returns for illustrations created based on inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer, such as incorrect dimensions, reference photos, or specifications.
As the physical product is personalized and delivered, there is no option for a return.
